added command /zrmm addbutton : Manually adds the Minimap button the mouse is over to be skinned and moved to the button frame. Buttons added are saved.
added command /zrmm removebutton : Removes a button from the skinned minimap buttons (only works on buttons added with /zrmm addbutton).
IMPORTANT: Adding an element that is not a minimap button or icon could potentially cause many problems. If unsure, use /fstack to check the names of frames at the mouse against the name in the confirm popup. I will try to add as many as I can to be automatically skinned, but this is here for convenience.
