Z-Perl BCC Anniversary (community fix - non official Zperl)

This is a modified version of the original Zperl by Resike, found here - https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/zperl . It's been modified to work with Anniversary until an official update - but it needs testing to confirm no more errors.

Fixed the default raid frames being hidden, even when the user wanted them to be shown.

To disable the default raid frames showing, go to the options panel > Raid tab then at the bottom check the box to disable default raid frames
