New Features

• Empowered Spell Support — Full support for Evoker empowered (hold-to-charge) spells with stage markers, configurable empower color, and /zoa testempower command
• Border Size — Configurable border thickness (1–5px) for both cast bar and GCD bar via slider in settings
• Persistent Unlock Preview — Unchecking "Lock Position" now keeps the bar visible with a "Drag to Move" preview instead of requiring /zoa test spam
• Scroll Wheel on Texture Dropdowns — Hover over any texture dropdown and scroll to cycle through textures

Config UI Improvements

• Draggable Config Window — Click and drag anywhere on the config panel or sidebar to reposition it
• UI Scale Control — +/- buttons in the top-right corner to scale the config panel (50%–150% in 5% steps)
• Section Header Separators — Gold underlines beneath each section header (General, Bar, Position, Colors, Icon, Spell Name Text, Cast Time Text, Other) for better visual organization
• Test Buttons Centered — Test Cast, Test Channel, and Test Empower buttons are evenly centered
• Spacing Fixes — Improved spacing between dropdowns and their neighboring controls throughout the panel
• Frame Size Increase — Config panel enlarged to fit all settings without clipping
