New Features

• Empowered spell support — Cast bar now works with Evoker empowered spells (Fire Breath, Eternity Surge, etc.). Shows a purple bar that fills left-to-right with white stage markers at each stage boundary. Bar stays full during hold-at-max until released. Configurable empower color in settings.
• Border size — New "Border Size" slider (1-5) in both Cast Bar and GCD Bar settings to control border thickness.
• Persistent bar when unlocked — Cast bar now stays visible with a "Drag to Move" preview when position is unlocked, instead of disappearing after 3 seconds.
• Scroll wheel texture selection — Hover over any texture dropdown and scroll the mouse wheel to cycle through available textures without opening the menu.
