zMail is a streamlined mailbox addon for World of Warcraft (retail). It replaces the default mail workflow with eleven focused tools, each doing one thing well.

Sweep — Opens your entire inbox in one click. Filter by AH notifications, postmaster mail, or attachments so only the mail you want gets opened. Shift-click to temporarily bypass your filters.

Sort — Checkbox select on inbox rows. Shift-click for range select, Ctrl-click to grab everyone from the same sender. Open or return a targeted batch without touching the rest.

Shuttle — Alt-click any bag item to attach it to your outgoing mail. Ctrl-click to attach every similar item at once. If a recipient is already filled in, the mail sends automatically.

Wire — Auto-formats the gold field as you type so you always know exactly what you're sending before you click Send.

Ledger — Remembers every character you've mailed. As you type a recipient name, a filtered list appears drawing from your mail history, saved contacts, alts, guild, and friends — including cross-realm names in the correct Name-Realm format.

Purge — A small delete icon on each inbox row lets you trash unwanted mail without opening it. Shift-click skips the confirmation.

Transcript — Copies the full text of any open mail — including auction invoices — into a scrollable window you can read from or copy out of.

Relay — Forward button on open mail. Picks up the attachment and opens a new compose window ready to send it on to someone else.

Rake — Prints your net gold collected when you close the mailbox.

Focus — Blocks incoming trade requests while the mailbox is open. Restores trade automatically when you close it.

Pack — Type-based attach buttons on the Send Mail frame. Click to bulk-attach all items of a given trade goods category from your bags. Right-click a button to assign it a default recipient.

Every feature can be toggled individually from the settings panel (/zmail or the gear icon on the mail frame). Hovering any feature name in settings shows a full description of what it does. Optional integration with Zocial — if Zocial is installed, zMail's notification button joins the Zocial bar automatically. No mandatory dependencies.
