    * Twilight Highlands Vendor:
        - Fixed item population issues (Robes/Cosmetics) and removed strict usability checks.
        - Replaced broken "ItemButtonTemplate" with custom button logic.
        - Added Class-Specific Weapon filtering.
        - Integrated "Upgrade Clarity" logic (Pawn support + Item Level fallback).
        - Added visual indicators: Green Arrow (Upgrade), Purple Eye (Uncollected Transmog).
        - Enhanced Tooltips: Now display status (Available, Cannot Afford, Owned) and Transmog status.
        - Added Help (?) button with usage guide.
    * UI Improvements:
        - Increased main window height to 520.
        - Fixed Character Portrait persistence when switching tabs.
        - Updated API calls for Midnight/The War Within compatibility.
