  • feat: real SimC weights for 29 specs + segment label + /zgc diag
    • Run SimC (10k iterations) for 8 new DPS specs: Havoc DH, BM/MM/Survival
      Hunter, Demonology Lock, Ret Paladin, Arms/Fury Warrior, Prot Paladin.
      Total: 29 specs with real SimC data (up from 20).
    • All specs now have differentiated raid vs dungeon/M+ weights.
    • Show [Encounter] or [Overall] label on Skill Parity tooltip line.
    • Add /zgc diag command for detailed per-slot scoring diagnostic
      (saves output to SavedVariables for easy sharing).
    • Add tools/patch_pawn.py to sync ZGC weights into Pawn addon.
    • Include SimC JSON output files in tools/simc_output/.
