🐛 Bug Fixes

• Russian (ruRU) Locale Fix: Fixed a critical bug where instance resets were no longer being tracked for Russian clients. This was caused by an underlying Lua UTF-8 corruption issue which has now been fully bypassed. The tracker now perfectly recognizes all grammatical variations of the Russian reset system messages
