-- Fixed misc issues with v1.02

-- Changed many secondary, non-essential ElvUI element anchors and settings. For example, the default buff/debuff bars have been moved to right above the bottom left chat window of ElvUI for increased visibility and interpretation.

-- Changed RaidFrame conditions so that the non-descript Raid Frame setting within ElvUI caps at 20 players, in order to allow for maximum height/visibility of the raid frames on Mythic difficulty, or up until 21 players are in the raid. At 21 players or beyond, the 40m Raid Frame settings are loaded.
