Zen Debuff Tracker is a lightweight Mistweaver Monk PvP addon for World of Warcraft Retail/Midnight. It tracks the 30 second Zen Spheres debuff window after Crackling Jade Lightning, Rising Sun Kick, or Rushing Wind Kick, then shows a clear reminder when the debuff needs to be reapplied. Rather than tracking the debuff directly which is no longer supported in Midnight, this addon tracks the spells that trigger the debuff (note: due to these restrictions it's not perfect and will not detect if the debuff was dispelled).
