Added functionality to handle auto nameplates and added Midna to voice list.

Sound currently only works by moving files from Addons>ZTargetMe>Sound to WoWBeta/PTR>Sound due to third-party sound settings. Targeting graphic may appear somewhat off-kilter and is not perfect, as it's bound to nameplates. Dungeon Journal functionality is looking more difficult than expected. Will likely be a much later feature if it is done at all.
