Added auto-targeting option, volume settings, and a GUI to put it all in.

Sound currently only works by moving files from Addons>ZTargetMe>Sound to WoWBeta/PTR>Sound due to third-party sound settings. Targeting graphic may appear somewhat off-kilter and is not perfect, as it's bound to nameplates. Auto nameplates mess this up very badly. Not sure if there is a solution to that. Looking into it. Dungeon Journal functionality is looking more difficult than expected. Will likely be a much later feature if it is done at all.
