Yssaril:
    - add omnotron name overwrite to miner and rerun
    - big loot miner run took over an hour every item has been reparsed and almost every loot table updated
    - fix misspelled vancleef
    - switch Atramedes and Nefarian around
    - add more difficulty modes to miner
    - add Vaness VanClef to deadmines
    - fix Omnotron Defense System spelling (wowhead was wrong) also switched around some bosses on second level
    - rename "Dark Iron Golem Council" to "Omintron Defense System" thanks Pneumatus
    - switch halfus and valiona/theralion (cause Pneumatus sais so)
    - adjusted Throne of the Tides to what wowhead shows needs verification
    - fix Lost City of the Tol'vir boss locations
    - fix Halls of Origination boss locations
    - fix Vortex Pinnacle bosses
