A simple, text-only alert for Hunters (and now Warlocks!) when their pet dies. No icons. No background. No clutter. Just a bold on-screen warning so you never miss it.
What's new
New
- Added Warlock support!
- The addon now detects dead pets for both Hunters and Warlocks.
- Warlock demons receive the same straightforward YOUR PET IS DEAD notification.
- Existing alert settings automatically work for both classes.
Improvements
- Cleaned up pet-death detection code.
- Maintained compatibility with the latest WoW Retail patch.
- No-pet/dismissed-pet situations will not trigger a false death warning.
Still Simple
Your Pet is Dead remains intentionally no-frills:
Pet dies → Alert appears → Sound plays once → Alert stays until your pet is alive again.
That's it.
