first update for YippYapp Guild Tools

Changes include:

• Updates to how professions are communicated and updated
• fixed issue where request blacklist function were asking from profession table instead of blacklist table
• added button to remove people from blacklist
• added functionality to force all fields to be required for adding players to blacklist
• added functionality to force name field to be required for removing players from blacklist
• added functionality to check if player exist in table or not when removing from blacklist
• changed upload to zip extension
• removed git directory in project
