Unified App Window

• Replaced the old popup dashboard with a single unified app frame (960x580)
• All features accessible from one window with back-button navigation
• Home page dashboard with character info, crest overview, upgrade summary, farm guide, and navigation buttons
• ESC closes the app, back button returns to home

Home Dashboard

• Character bar showing spec, equipped ilvl, and active profile
• Crest bars with icons, current count, season earned/cap, and weekly remaining
• Upgrade summary: free upgrades, upgradeable items, top recommendation
• Farm guide: identifies which crests you need most and what content to run for them

Gear Upgrades (redesigned in-app)

• Equipment panel scaled up 20% for readability when viewed in the app
• Info panel widened with 2-column crest display (icon + count + season cap)
• Suggestions redesigned as card-style rows with colored borders matching recommendation type
• New recommendation: "Use cheaper crests" for items at 1/6 in overlap zones (replaces misleading "Upgrade later")
• Crest display shows season earned/cap and weekly remaining (uses useTotalEarnedForMaxQty API)
• Still docks to the upgrade vendor when it opens (unchanged behavior)

Trinket Rankings (redesigned in-app)

• 3-column layout: S-Tier, A-Tier, B-Tier side by side
• Class/spec browser: "Your Spec" button + click any class to browse all specs
• ST/AOE toggle per-spec
• Larger icons (36px) and readable fonts in app mode
• Fixed persistent "Loading..." issue with proper cache warming and retry logic
• "All Specs" button on the character-frame trinket panel now opens the app browser
• Trinket data updated with latest SimC nightly (2026-03-23)

Raid Tools (redesigned)

• Two tabs: Overview (default) and Tier Tracker
• Overview tab (new, two-column layout):
  • Left: Group grid (3x2), split balance analysis, suggested swaps
  • Right: Composition (T/H/D counts), raid buff checklist, class breakdown, PI summary
• Raid buff checker: flags missing buffs (Arcane Intellect, Battle Shout, Fortitude, Mystic Touch, Chaos Brand, Blessing of the Bronze)
• Split balance: analyzes 1,3,5 vs 2,4,6 splits for tank/healer/DPS distribution
• Swap suggestions: concrete swap recommendations for unbalanced tanks, healers, or stacked healer specs
• Power Infusion assignments: click-to-assign PI targets from a roster popup, suggests grouping priests with their targets
• Healer spec distribution: flags same-class healers stacked on one split side
• Supports both raid and party groups
• No longer auto-scans on open (scan is manual via Tier Tracker tab)
• Removed trinket tabs (moved to Trinket Rankings)

Progression Dashboard (redesigned)

• Card-based single-page layout replacing the old tabbed spreadsheet view
• 3 rows of cards: M+ breakpoints, Raid by difficulty, Delve breakpoints
• 2 bottom panels: Prey (outdoor hunts) and Crafting (Spark tiers)
• Crest Sources in a vertical side panel docked to the right
• Card content uses larger fonts for readability
• No scrolling required

Progression Data Updated

• Raid name: Liberation of Undermine → Voidspire / Dreamrift / March on Quel'Danas
• M+ crest types corrected: keys 2-3 Champion, 4-8 Hero, 9-12 Myth
• Delve crest types updated to match Midnight Season 1
• Trovehunter replaced with Prey (Normal/Heroic/Nightmare)
• Rares row added to raid loot tables (ilvl 250/263/276/289)
• Crest sources updated for all content types

Welcome Screen

• Compact feature bullets instead of paragraphs
• Draggable macro icon: drag to action bar for one-click access to YippYapp Helper
