When you start a ready check (as Leader or Assistant):

• Randomly selects group members
• Assigns them hilarious “chef” commands
• Replaces <name> dynamically with player names
• Sends commands to configurable chat channels
• Adds optional delay between assignments (for dramatic effect)
• Announces when the ready check finishes:

“That’s it! Soup’s done! COME AND GET IT!”

When you click Ready:

• If you are not the initiator, you say:

“Yes, chef!”

If you started the ready check yourself, you do not say it — because you're running the kitchen.
