  Fix/libkeybound revision
• Replace bundled libraries with CurseForge packaged builds
  The libraries were copied from source, so SVN keywords like \(Revision\)
  were never expanded; LibKeyBound's locale files do arithmetic on that
  value and errored on load. Use the CurseForge/WowAce packaged builds,
  which have the keywords filled in.

    Ace3 and LibKeyBound use alpha builds because their latest stable
    releases (r1403, r125) predate code the Forever port relies on, such as
    secret-value handling and AceDB's regional character keys. These builds
    match the previously bundled code apart from the expanded keywords.
    Ace3 r1423 is skipped because it drops AceDB's nil check on surname.
    LibSharedMedia moves up from v12.0.0-4 to v12.1.3 (error message
    changes only).

• Fix LibKeyBound locale load error from unexpanded \(Revision\)
  The embedded LibKeyBound locale files were copied from source, so the
  SVN \(Revision\) keyword was never expanded and match("%d+") returned nil,
  causing "attempt to perform arithmetic on a nil value". Fall back to 0
  so a properly packaged copy from another addon still takes precedence.

  The packager reads GITHUB_OAUTH, not GH_API_TOKEN, so tagged builds never
  created a GitHub release. upload-artifact skips dot-directories by default,
  so the zip in .release/ was never uploaded; include hidden files and fail
  when no zip is found.
