bug fixes: pet killing blows are now correctly implemented. Again! This should be the most accurate killing blow counter for any class that uses a pet. (as well as those that don't) it checks overkill variables and makes sure noone else overkilled your pets target before your pet overkilled the target.

In the case that you or someone else kills a shaman you are attempting to kill and your pet does not overkill the shaman as well.  

if the shaman then anks and your pet is able to kill it within 2 seconds of its first death, you will not trigger a killing blow.  

fortunately, this will very likely never happen.
