XPBubbleRange is a lightweight, visual utility designed to help party members stay within the critical range of the Party Leader. Whether you are power-leveling, farming, or just questing together, this addon ensures you never drift too far and miss out on rewards.

⚠️ Important Requirement

This addon works like a walkie-talkie. For the range tracking to work, the Party Leader MUST have the addon installed and enabled.

• The Leader acts as the "beacon," broadcasting their position to the group.
• Followers listen for this signal to update their range lights.
• If the Leader does not have the addon, followers will not receive any data.

🌟 Key Features

• Visual "Stoplight" HUD: A clean, movable interface that gives you instant feedback.
  • 🟢 Green Light: You are Safe (within range).
  • 🔴 Red Light: You are in Danger (out of range).
• Audio Alerts: Optional sound cues (distinct "Bonk" and "Shimmer" sounds) let you know when you've left or re-entered the safe zone without needing to stare at the UI.
• Leader Dashboard: When you are the Party Leader, the HUD transforms into a status panel showing a live list of your party members. See at a glance who is safe (Green) and who is falling behind (Red).
• 3D Distance Tracking: Accurately calculates distance even while flying or moving vertically (uses Z-axis data).
• Smart Automation:
  • Automatically detects your game version (Retail, MoP, TBC).
  • Can automatically disable itself in Raids to reduce clutter.
  • Instant updates when changing zones.

⚙️ How It Works

• For Followers: The addon automatically syncs with the Party Leader (who must also have the addon). It calculates your real-time distance and updates the HUD lights.
• For Leaders: You act as the anchor. The addon broadcasts your position to the group and listens for status reports from your followers to populate your dashboard.

💻 Commands

• /xpbr — Open the configuration menu.
• /xpbr lock — Lock your current position as a "simulated leader" to test the range visuals solo.
• /xpbr show — Force the HUD to appear so you can drag it to your preferred spot.
• /xpbr dist — Measure the exact 3D distance to your current target.
