    Localize the target/focus unit option for all languages

    Adds the Unit:/Self labels and the unit dropdown tooltip to every locale (de, ru, zh, ko, es, pt); previously only French had the labels and the tooltip was English everywhere. Target/Focus/Health names already came from Blizzard globals.
