Improvements

• Russian translation completed. The Loot Monitor's reputation, experience, honor, skill-up and currency cap options, the Speedy auto-loot toggle messages and key binding, and the minimap button tooltip are now in Russian too. The System gold option's description no longer has an English item name in the middle of it. Contributed by kolechkin.
• The "Looting errors in chat" option now shows its explanation when you hover over it.
• The Group Loot "Show time remaining" option now shows its explanation when you hover over it.
• The Loot Monitor's "Click to test settings" button no longer prints a "Testing ..." line in chat for every test row.
• Removed leftover code for the old loot alert and bonus roll features, which had been switched off since Legion, along with their hidden settings. Nothing you see changes.
