Description
An FFXIV-style target bar. It's a thin health bar with level and name above, and the cast bar and buffs/debuffs underneath. Your target's target shows next to it.
Colours can follow FFXIV (engaged, passive or friendly) or ordinary hostile/neutral/friendly. You can move it, resize it, and change the fonts and text.
