Fixed an issue where frame positions could not be saved.  
Fixed an issue where the frame would not automatically re-enable after being disabled by non-legion characters.  
Fixed an issue where the leaderboard could not be closed properly (now it needs to be re-enabled in the interface options to reappear after closing).  
Added a scaling function for the leaderboard.  
Added a "Scan" button to the leaderboard, which automatically clears the information in the leaderboard and scans all party/team members.

When a player reaches 999 Versatility (Haste), their combat power will be calculated based on Stamina.  
Levels beyond 999 are now supported.
