Fixes

• Class quests now use the real Forever quest chains. Most quest IDs, quest names and givers were wrong (for example the warrior Defensive Stance quests or the hunter Rhok'delar chain), so completed class quests were often not recognized. Quest titles, givers and German names now come from the Forever quest database.
• Shaman totem quests also list the new Alliance shaman chains, and the paladin entry "Sense Undead" (a trainer spell) is replaced by the level 40 Warhorse quest.
• Shaman and Warlock training costs now show the prices Forever trainers actually charge, for example Mana Tide Totem 8s/16s instead of 5g 50s/8g, Shadowburn rank 6 11s, Siphon Life, Hellfire, Banish, Purge and Cure Disease.
• Added the Forever trainer spells the Classic lists were missing, such as Holy Strike, Seal of Fury, Ice Lance, Frostfire Bolt, Lava Burst, Riptide, Penance, Mutilate and the level 60 ranks.
• Removed Lightwell, Tranquil Air and Tiger's Fury, which Forever no longer has.
• Weapon masters: Woo Ping also teaches Staves, Ilyenia Moonfire no longer lists Crossbows, and Shamans can train two-handed axes and maces.
