Fixes

• Blessing assignments are now sent through a rate-limited queue, so Smart Assign no longer loses assignments to the server's addon message limit.
• PallyPower-compatible assignments now work for character names that contain spaces.
• New opt-in /cb commtest on diagnostic: logs sync messages to SavedVariables and lets a non-Paladin act as a test Paladin for group members who also enable it. Nothing is logged unless the command is used; /cb commtest off and /cb commtest clear stop and delete the log.
• Group sync works again: messages from other Paladins were ignored because their full "First Last" name did not match the first name shown in the group. Talents, assignments and auras now arrive.
• Paladins are now listed and assigned by their full name, so two characters with the same first name no longer share one set of blessings. Saved assignments are moved to the full name automatically when the character is seen in your group.
• Enabling /cb commtest on now asks group members to resend their data, so the order in which both clients enable it no longer matters.
