Fixes

• Console variables are only written when their value actually changes. This avoids Lua errors such as "GetAuraDataByIndex(): Auras cannot be accessed when secret while tainted".
• Herb and ore sparkles now also appear while "Interaction Icons" is switched on, without giving NPCs a nameplate.
• RedRange no longer stores data on Blizzard's action buttons, ignores protected (secret) values and also works on clients that update range per button.
• Flight timer: switching the option off during a flight now hides the bar at once, and dying resets the flight.
• RegenHUD no longer runs in the background while it is switched off.
