New features

• Completed requests now wait for the requester: when the crafter marks an order as done, the requester confirms it with "Confirm" and it leaves the list. Without confirmation it closes automatically after 3 days. Requesters can close their own order directly with "Received".
• The request board has status toggles (Open, Accepted, Completed, Closed, Cancelled, Expired) and "My Requests" instead of the four filter buttons. Closed, cancelled and expired orders are hidden by default; the selection is remembered.

Fixes

• Setting a campfire waypoint without xeR's Forever Navigation can no longer cause a Lua error on maps that do not allow map pins.
• Campfire pin tooltips are now translated, and the navigation badge no longer shows a broken symbol.

Improvements

• xeR's Forever Guild Link reaches version 1.0.0, its first stable release.
