XanisBuffs

I wrote this addon for a friend (Xaniane). It allows you to move your buffs and debuffs, and draws a border around them.

Chat commands:

/xb
/xanisbuffs
        unlock ... makes the buff frame movable
        lock ... locks the buff frame
        reset ... resets the buff frames to their default position
        color ... shows a color select wheel to change the border color
        enableborder ... enables the border
        disableborder ... disables the border
