• ##-Updated the documentation to describe the new keybind buttons.
• ##-Added real, clickable keybind buttons directly in the General settings page - click one, press the key you want, and it's set. Escape clears it. These work the same as setting a keybind through the game's own Key Bindings menu.
• ##-Fixed the same profession recognition issue above, and updated the login message to point at the new keybind buttons in Settings.
• ##-Fixed professions not being recognized right away when learned mid-session (like a newly learned Mining not showing up without a reload).
