• Rebuilt how this addon talks to TomTom. It now keeps TomTom's arrow synced to whatever stop is currently next in your route, updating it automatically as you progress, instead of the earlier approach of dumping every stop in at once (which didn't actually work the way TomTom's arrow is built). Fixed a bug from an earlier attempt where the map location wasn't being passed through correctly. Added a way for the addon to check whether TomTom is actively tracking your route right now.
• SettingsPanel.lua: Removed the Route Trail section from the Map Markers settings page, since that feature no longer exists.
• ChatCommands.lua: Small cleanup - removed a leftover reference to the deleted trail setting. No visible change.
• README.md: Removed every mention of the route trail feature from the documentation, since it no longer exists in the addon.
• Same small cleanup as above, no visible change.
