Fix: block popup at key start from the M+ HUD

• Hiding Blizzard's timer, the M+ HUD touched ScenarioObjectiveTracker -- a FORBIDDEN frame in 12.x, so any call on it (even SetAlpha) tripped the "action only available to the Blizzard UI" popup at key start. It now hides the parent ObjectiveTrackerFrame instead (the proven, taint-safe target used by WarpDeplete/MPlusTimer), with a forbidden-frame guard so it never touches a blocked frame.
