New: draggable LFG target banner
- Once you're in a Group Finder party, a draggable on-screen banner shows the dungeon + key level the group is set to run (the leader's keystone, from the addon's party sync; falls back to the highest key any synced member holds). It hides the moment you zone into the dungeon. Drag it anywhere; the position is remembered. Toggle it in Settings > General ("LFG target banner"). On by default.
