    v0.5.0: Player Inbox, tabbed settings, alert trigger controls

    - Add player inbox/review queue: new players go to inbox instead of
      directly into the database. Rate or note to promote, dismiss to discard.
    - Add Database/Inbox tabs to main window with badge count
    - Add tabbed settings panel (General, Alerts, Display)
    - Add 3 alert trigger checkboxes (player joins, leaves, I join group)
    - Default sort changed to last seen (newest first)
    - Improved settings spacing, stats/export skip pending players
