    v0.4.0: Known player alerts, sound picker, changelog

    - Known Player Alerts: chat + popup notifications when known players join group/raid
    - Blacklist warning with urgent alarm sound
    - Configurable alert sound with 7 choices and dropdown picker
    - Alert popup panel toggle (chat-only or chat + popup)
    - Skip guild members option for alerts
    - Fixed false alert triggers on level-ups and zone changes
