Creating Your Guild

When you sign in with Battle.net, you can create your guild directly only if you are a Guild Master or Officer in-game. If you're a regular member but want to get things rolling before your GM joins, you can still create the guild yourself and then transfer ownership to the real GM once they sign up. No one is left waiting.

• One-Click Export from the Calendar — A new export button is now built directly into the in-game calendar UI. No more typing commands — just click the button on the event you want to export.

• Full Data Mapping — Exports character names, servers, and exact sign-up statuses (Confirmed, Signed Up, Tentative).
• Smart Difficulty Detection — Automatically identifies raid difficulty (Normal, Heroic, Mythic) by scanning event titles and descriptions for keywords like "HC", "Mythic", or "NM".
• Fast Export UI — A simple, scrollable window that automatically highlights your data string for a quick copy-paste.

How to Use

1. Open the Calendar — Access your in-game calendar and click on the Guild Event you want to export.
2. Click the Export Button — Press the WRP export button directly in the calendar window. (Or, if you prefer, you can still type /wrp in chat — both work.)
3. Copy the Code — When the window pops up, the code is already highlighted. Just press Ctrl+C.
4. Import — Go to wowraidplanner.com, open your planner, and paste the string into the Import Sign-ups modal.

Pro Tip for Difficulty Detection

To ensure the correct difficulty is exported, include keywords like "Normal", "Heroic" (or "HC"), or "Mythic" somewhere in your Event Title or Description.
