Changelog for release: Wowhuds.com Companion App WoW HUDs addons Companion addons for wowhuds.com, a gallery for WoW UI loadouts and housing blueprints.
A website cannot read your game and an addon cannot reach a website — there is no network API for addons, and there never has been. So the two meet in the middle: the addon reads what the game already knows and hands you one line of text; you paste it into the submit form. That paste is the whole protocol, and it runs both ways — a layout page hands back a line that puts the setup back.
Folder Who runs it What it does WowHudsHub players Captures a setup or a blueprint, and imports one back.
