WoWBoxer gives each of your characters the right keys for its class, role and level. It builds them as macros, puts them on your action bars and updates them when you level up. It is made for manual multiboxing: one key press is always one action on one character.
Type /wbx to open the book.
Your keys
- Recommended keys for your level, built from your real spellbook.
- Drag any key onto any action button, or press Place spells (left page) and Place squad keys (right page).
- Sequence keys for every class: tick Use sequence keys and pick Simple, Medium or Advanced.
- A sequence key casts the next spell in the rotation each time you press it.
- A priority key casts the first spell that is ready.
- Either way, one press casts one spell.
- Your own keys: build your own sequence in the key editor.
- Bind key: right-click a key and press the key you want. WoWBoxer tells you in plain words if that key is already used for something else.
- Level-up: WoWBoxer offers to update the keys that changed, keeping the same buttons. Nothing changes until you click.
Squad
- Your characters on one page: pick the leader with a crown, set each character’s role, and add characters by name even if they are not in your party yet.
- Followers assist the leader: their keys hit your mouseover first, then the leader’s target, then their own target.
- Follow in a line: follower 1 follows the leader, follower 2 follows follower 1, and so on. That’s easier through doors and narrow paths. A separate Follow leader key is there when you want everyone on the leader.
- Squad keys you pick with a tick: Invite squad, Follow (line), Follow leader, Assist, Target leader, Focus and pet keys.
- Send to my other characters: share the squad with your other clients. They review it and import it with a click.
Talents
- Talent-order guides for every class, with the next point to spend and a Plan to level.
- Import from Wowhead: paste a WoW Forever talent-calculator link, check the preview and Save as your own build.
Setup
- Multibox checklist: what is missing for this character, with a Fix button where WoWBoxer can do it for you.
- Recommended game settings: auto loot, background FPS cap, sound only on the leader, and enemy, friendly and personal nameplates. WoWBoxer backs up your old values first, and Restore puts them back.
- Recommended addons check, team status panel (display only), minimap button.
What WoWBoxer never does
- No input broadcasting and no automation: it never casts, targets, follows, moves or accepts anything for you.
- Only its own macros: it never touches a macro that doesn’t start with WBX.
- Only when you ask: it writes macros, bars, bindings and settings only after you click, and never in combat.
- Imported squads and builds are data only: it never runs code from them.
Game versions: WoW: Forever (full support) and Classic Era (keys and squad; the talent trees differ).
