Addon Version 11.2.0Rv13

This update brings a complete remake of the addon keeping the same functionality but much more streamlined. All of the changes can be seen below.

• Remade addon
• Changed how data is saved to wow (If you have used any previous version it will automatically migrate for the new version)
• Removed the shift + right click menu and replaced it with a new menu which only shows when in a group, This new menu contains a drop down for setting the mode (None which prevents most things apart from manual warn and kick, Silent which just stops warning people in chat and My Group which allows full fuctionality of the addon as it's your group). The menu also displays a strike list and blacklist for the members that are inside your group so you can tell who are troublemakers. Also includes a small part for the player you are currently targeting with namebox, warn button which gives the player a strike (after 1 strike it does the same as the kick button for that person) and types a bit of text and kick button which kicks them and types a bit of text.
• Added a new popup menu which comes up on joining a group or after reloading/relogging asking what mode you wish  to run the addon in (None which prevents most things apart from manual warn and kick, Silent which just stops warning people in chat and My Group which allows full fuctionality of the addon as it's your group)
