WoW Memory+ — Update Overview
Highlights
-
Unified Options Panel
All settings now live in the official Blizzard UI: Game → Options → AddOns → WoW Memory+.
Sub-pages: General, Appearance, Refresh, Economy, Collections, Window, Advanced.
The Options button in the addon (and right-click on the minimap icon) opens this panel directly. -
Language Selector
Choose Auto, French (FR), or English (EN). Auto follows the client language. Changes apply instantly. -
Live Accent Color Picker
Reworked to radio buttons with real-time preview. Palette: Emerald, Blue, Purple, Gold, Red, Orange, Teal, Pink, Gray. The UI recolors immediately (header accent, tabs/underlines). -
Window Controls (new sub-page)
-
Lock window position (disables drag)
-
Center window
-
Default size
Position and size are saved between sessions.
-
Improvements
-
Refresh modes: Smart, Real-time (custom interval), or Manual.
-
Economy & Gold Ledger: instant updates on money/bag/bank changes; recent gold deltas with +/− formatting.
-
Auction House (My Listings): snapshots of owned auctions, automatic updates on AH events, cleaner table.
-
Calendar: streamlined event list with quick “View” that opens Blizzard’s Calendar on the selected day.
-
Collections: category/filter/search UI with “View” jump into Blizzard’s Collections Journal.
-
UI/UX polish: two-row tabs to avoid overflow, sharper fonts, accent theme, optional minimap button, safer init order.
Fixes
-
Single options entry: removed duplicate “WoW Memory+ / …” pages; everything sits under one parent with sub-categories.
-
Options button: reliably opens the Blizzard AddOns category (Dragonflight/War Within and classic-style fallback).
-
Radio button errors and nil accesses cleaned up; more defensive API calls across features.
How to configure
-
Open Game → Options → AddOns → WoW Memory+,
or click the addon’s Options button,
or use /memory options.
Notes
-
Your existing SavedVariables are preserved.
-
If you were using legacy standalone options files, make sure they’re removed from the
.toc. -
After updating, a quick /reload is recommended once to finalize the new options layout.
