WoW Forever Tracker 61
What's new
- The tracker window's route no longer says "Pick it up again" on steps you haven't reached. It says so only on the step you're on, for a quest you really did drop.
- Training steps wait until you've trained: opening a trainer and leaving with spells still to learn no longer ticks the
step off. It moves on once the trainer has nothing left for you to learn, or when you press
>. Training seen by addon 60 and earlier doesn't count, since it was noted at any visit: visit the trainer again or press>. - Places from Classic Era are marked: a route step whose place comes from Classic Era, not yet seen in WoW Forever, shows
a
*after its coordinates. Objective steps in the tracker window now start witho, not*, so*means only that. - Steps that happen elsewhere are marked: when a step's place is its quest giver's (an event that starts there but
happens somewhere the quest's text describes), it shows a
°, and the tracker window's tooltip and head say where it starts, not where it happens. A place that is both shows*°. - No trainer known: a route for a class with no trainer known on your side yet (Undead Paladin, Dwarf Shaman) says once, when it loads, that it has no training steps.
- Unknown places say what they are: a step nobody has placed now reads "Quest listed under Hillsbrad Foothills, place unknown". That zone is only where the quest is filed, and the thing you need may be somewhere else.
- Trainer tab: on WoW Forever the training totals are marked when any price in them is Classic Era's, standing in until a player notes WoW Forever's. Spells whose cost isn't known at all aren't in the total: the tab now says how many ("+ 1 cost not known").
- Item tooltips: when an item's typical price is from an earlier day than the newest scan, the tooltip gives that day, with the lowest listing and how many are listed as the newest scan found them. A lowest isn't shown when it's a joke listing (such as 9g 99s for boar meat), or when it's over 3 times the item's earlier typical price on a day whose prices were set aside for jumping that far.
/wft undercutignores a scan that was cut short, so it can't say "none cheaper" about an item the scan never reached.- WFT Market tab: an item whose typical price is from an earlier day says that day under the list, and shows no lowest listing unless the newest scan found one, so "under your price" no longer goes by an old listing. An item missing from the newest scan no longer sorts by its old signal.
- Profession specialisations: the addon now saves which specialisations you have (Elemental Leatherworking, Armorsmith, Goblin Engineering and the like), so the site's profession plans can include the recipe books that need them.
/wft statuscounts only real professions, not weapon skills and languages. Its class trainer line now gives the level at which a class trainer last had nothing left for you to learn, once you've seen that with addon 61.- The addon now saves how many quests the game says your log holds and whether a Shaman knows Dual Wield, and the site now reads what your level really takes in XP from what the addon saves. Players' pets, totems and companions are no longer noted as creatures' levels.
