Ecpanded Ignore List 

## What's New in 3.0+
**The relog data-loss issue is fixed.** Previous versions showed a warning
that your ignore list could get wiped on relog - that's a real bug on this
server's end (it wipes Blizzard's native ignore list every relog), but this
addon no longer depends on that list surviving, so your notes, ratings, and
blocked players/guilds now persist normally regardless of what Blizzard's
own list does.

On top of that, 3.0+ adds : 
- **Block whole guilds, not just individuals** - add a guild name once and
  every member gets blocked, no 50-person cap to worry about
- **The addon enforces blocking itself** - chat, invites, trade requests,
  and duel requests from a blocked player or guild member are all
  suppressed/declined directly by the addon, independent of Blizzard's
  ignore list entirely
- A Player Data Sheet that opens automatically when you ignore someone,
  with a `/who`-based lookup button and auto-refreshing class/level/guild
- A "Last Met Players" list with right-click Whisper/Ignore/Friend/Report

## Overview
An enhanced ignore list that tracks notes, ratings and class/level/guild info
per player, blocks whole guilds at once, and enforces blocking itself instead
of relying on Blizzard's native ignore list (which this server wipes on every
relog).

## Player Data Sheet
- Opens automatically when you ignore someone (toggle in Config)
- Rate players 1-10 and keep free-text notes on each one
- Lookup button fetches class/level/guild via `/who` if they're online
- Class/level/guild also refresh automatically if they're ever your target
  or in your group

## Guild Blocking
- Block an entire guild by name from the Guild List window, instead of
  adding every member one at a time
- Adding a guild immediately scans its online members via `/who` and caches
  them - shows a known-member count, never the member list
- "Update Roster" re-scans every blocked guild (one at a time, with a
  progress window); can also run automatically on login (Config option)
- A guild member you haven't encountered yet gets caught the moment they
  whisper/message you or send an invite, even without a prior scan
- The "Looking For Group" window may flash briefly on screen during a scan -
  that's normal, it closes itself right away and can be ignored

## Self-Contained Blocking
- Blizzard's own ignore list only holds 50 names and gets wiped by this
  server on every relog, so this addon enforces blocking itself and no
  longer depends on Blizzard's list surviving
- Blocks chat (say/yell/emote/party/raid/guild/officer/whisper/channel),
  auto-declines party and guild invites, and auto-declines trade and duel
  requests - all for anyone on your player list OR a blocked guild
- The first 50 players you block individually still get added to
  Blizzard's native list too, as a bonus - guild members never are

## Last Met Players
- Tracks the last 40 players you've grouped with
- Right-click for Whisper, Ignore, Add Friend, Report or Remove
- Shows "- Ignored" in red next to anyone already on your list, and hides
  the Whisper option for them

## Notifications
- Warns you when an ignored player joins your group/raid or guild
- Per-type thresholds (only warn above a chosen rating) and an optional
  sound/auto-hide for the popup

## Commands
- `/eil` - toggle the main ignore list window
- `/eil ignore` - add your current target
- `/eil ignore <name>` - add a player by name
- `/eil remove <name>` - remove a player
- `/eil guildblock add <guild name>` - block a guild
- `/eil guildblock remove <guild name>` - unblock a guild
- `/eil guildblock scan <guild name>` - re-scan one guild
- `/eil guildblock list` - list blocked guilds and counts
- `/eil recent` - toggle the Last Met Players window
- `/eil macro` - create a quick-ignore macro
- `/eilreset` - reset the minimap button position
- `/eil resetwindows` - Resets Windoes to there original positions

## Note
`/who` can only ever see online players, so a guild scan only catches
members who are online at the time it runs - the login re-scan and catching
new contacts on the fly cover the gap, but someone who's offline the whole
time won't show up until they finally message, invite, or otherwise
interact with you.

## Requirements
WoW Forever 1.60.1+ (interface 16001). Context menu integration ("Ignore
with EIL" on right-click) requires the Menu API and is not available on
older clients.
