WoW Fish Counter v1.2

WoW Fish Counter is a lightweight World of Warcraft addon that automatically tracks your fishing loot and displays your catch statistics in a clean, simple window.

No setup required! Just start fishing, and the counter will appear and begin tracking your loot.

Features

• Automatic Tracking: Tracks all items caught while fishing and displays their name, total count, and catch percentage.
• Rare Fish Sound Alert: Get an exciting audible alert when you catch a Rare (blue) or Epic (purple) quality item, so you never miss a great catch!
• Dual Display Modes:
• Session Mode: Tracks your catches in your current fishing spot. This automatically resets when you move to a new zone, giving you a fresh report for each location.
• History Mode: Shows a combined, global history of every item you have ever caught with the addon, across all zones.
• Clean & Movable UI: Features a simple, draggable frame that matches the default WoW aesthetic. The frame now automatically resizes to fit its content, and the text overlap bug has been fixed!
• Lightweight & Unobtrusive: Designed to be simple and have a minimal impact on performance.

Slash Commands

The slash commands have been updated for v1.2 for more clarity.

• /fc or /fc show — Shows the addon window if it's hidden.
• /fc session — Switches the display to Session Mode.
• /fc history — Switches the display to History Mode.
• /fc hide or /fc exit — Hides the addon window.

Installation

1. Download and extract the ZIP file.
2. Place the WoWFishCounter folder into your WoW Interface/AddOns/ directory.
3. Restart WoW or run /reload in the chat.

Tested for Retail (patch 11.0.1.107).
