  - Added quality filter: filter disenchantable items by Uncommon, Rare and
    Epic quality via checkboxes in the settings panel
  - Added item level filter: filter items by minimum and/or maximum item level
    (0 = no limit) via input fields in the settings panel
  - Added upgrade warning dialog: before queuing an item, a confirmation dialog
    appears if the item is better than the currently equipped item in that slot,
    or if the slot is empty - disenchanting requires manual confirmation
  - Added minimap button: draggable button around the minimap to quickly open
    the disenchant window (left-click) or settings (right-click); position is
    saved between sessions
  - Settings panel redesigned with a clean 3-column layout
