WoW Bets (BETA - US Only)

- Added version check with "/wbi version".
- Removed segment of code that forced the roll, when starting a bet, to 1. This was used for testing.

- The minimap button's position now saves between game sessions.
- When inviting someone and a game ends, the text boxes now become enabled with the text remaining in them.
- Cleaned up code, resulting in slightly better performance.

- Added a minimap button that can open or close the main window.
- Added a gold check before inviting a player to ensure players cannot start a game with a bet higher than the gold they have on that character.
- Changed the UI a bit: the "Go Offline" button disappears during a game session
- Fixed some various inconsistencies with how the main functionality buttons worked and appeared.

- Fixed an issue where a game would not start if the player or realm names were entered in all lowercase.
