AutoChatLog

AutoChatLog is a lightweight World of Warcraft addon designed to automatically log chat messages by type and organize them by date. With a simple and intuitive in-game UI, it allows players to easily manage their chat logs without leaving the game.

Features

  • Say, Whisper, Yell, Guild, Party, Raid, and more.

How to Use

1. Open the AddOn UI:
   • Use the /chatlogui command in the chat, or
   • Click the minimap button.
2. Customize Logging Settings:
   • Navigate to the "Settings" tab to enable or disable logging for specific message types.
3. View and Navigate Logs:
   • Use the "Logs" tab to browse chat logs by date.
   • Navigate between days with the arrow buttons at the bottom of the log viewer.

Installation

1. Download and extract the AutoChatLog folder to your World of Warcraft AddOns directory:
   • Retail: World of Warcraft/_retail_/Interface/AddOns/
   • Classic: World of Warcraft/_classic_/Interface/AddOns/
2. Restart World of Warcraft or reload the UI with /reload.
