WOS Assignments

Minor updates based on user feedback:

In WOSAssignments:

• The report button will now be inactive whilst drop-downs are open, and for 0.5 seconds thereafter to avoid the risk of accidentally reporting by misclickling.
• Flavours will now have thier own embellishment in the report title to easily identify which assignment type is being sent: ~0~ for Raid Leader; ~H~ for Healing Lead; and ~+~ and ~++~ for Extra 1 and 2 respectively. 

In Assignment Taker:

• Extra 1 and 2 flavour assignments will no longer display with the [Extra] identifier, feedback suggested that this was unnecessary visual clutter and caused some confusion over the actual assignment details.
• Users can now dismiss their own assignments if they want to, rather than needing to ask the leader to send a 'clear' message. 
• Resolved a 'dead space' issue caused by unintentional mouseover interaction.
