Jan ‘26 Feature Update (V2) - HOTFIX

The updated WOS Assignments now includes both the Assignment Taker client (also updated), and the new WOS Macro Backup.

WOS Assignments: Updated to include ‘Flavours’ for assignments. When issuing assignments, users will now be able to select a checkbox to confirm whether they are issuing Raid Leader type assignments or Healing Lead type assignments. These will be broadcast as different ‘Flavours’, and handled separately by the Assignment Taker to avoid healing and raid assignments overwriting each other.

Assignment Taker: Updated to handle Raid and Healing flavour assignments separately, including simultaneous display of both ‘Flavours’. Added the “/taker reset” slash command to fully reset the addon if required.

WOS Macro Backup: Introduced a backup system to safely store all macros on login. 50 backups are saved on a rolling basis, storing the macro content within the Saved Variables (per character) file system. This addition insures against any potential corruption and loss caused by ungraceful logout.

 

HOTFIX - Fixed an issue where assignments were not saving correctly between sessions.
