WorthItOrNot

Adds a small outside Auction House dock with **WioN Scan** and scan/progress status text.
- Uses **Auto** scanning by default: full/getAll when Blizzard allows it, otherwise adaptive page scanning.
- Saves compact per-item market summaries in `WorthItOrNotDB`.
- Converts stack auctions into **unit prices**.
- Detects unrealistic high and low outliers using median/cluster logic.
- Uses the **lowest realistic market floor**, not blindly the absolute lowest auction.
- Suggests a light undercut.
- Adds compact tooltip advice:
  - Auction / Auction or Vendor / Vendor / Unknown
  - vendor value
  - suggested AH value
  - expected value after AH cut and deposit-risk estimate
  - gain/loss
  - short reason/note
  - confidence and last scan age
