Fixed issues with icons tooltips not working on standard map. (Sorry for thinking it was Astrolabe! And thanks to Esamynn (Maker of Astrolabe) for all his help with Astrolabe and my icon issues! :D

Decided to abandon V1 all together now as it isn't more stable than V2 any more so removed updated startup version check to wipe old known area databases for anything earlier than V2.0.11 (This version) instead of V1.0.11 or V2.0.11!

Updated history to add: Removed all old zones that may have changed and added 8 new zones in Kalimdor using the ZigZag data I started while the Cata BETA was up. This is just until Cata comes out and I can finish mapping these zones correctly for V2!

- Added code to warn user if they are using an ALPHA version encase they don't know what that is and get it by acident thinking it is like a BETA!
- Added code to prevent data loss when switching between ALPHA, BETA and Release versions.
- Added code to warn users if they are using Zygor Guides and it is forcing all undiscovered area's to show.
- Also added code to disable it while gathering data anyway to ensure it doesn't screw up with that if the user decided not to disable it.
